For WantedDesign 2015, Elodie Blanchard designed a special fabric installation sponsored by HBF Textiles. Highlighted at the front of The Terminal Stores, the structure will exclusively feature Blanchard’s fabric designs for HBF Textiles. Blanchard’s concept for the installation celebrates WantedDesign’s fifth anniversary, featuring a vertical collage of textiles in the show’s signature gray and yellow color palette, which will fan out along the entrance for a full view of the verbally and visually textured designs.

Commissioned by Playtime to create a trend space for their NYC salon.
Young innovators are shaking up the establishment. Their rebellion is organized with humor. They stick out their tongues at good manners. A keyboard is their weapon and they “like” anything that challenges the status quo. Snap-back caps and sneakers are the new uniform. Our modern rebels broadcast revolutionary slogans on their t-shirts. The street is their soapbox

Since 1999, New York’s Museum of Modern Art and its sister institution, the PS1 Contemporary Art Center has hosted the Young Architects Program (YAP) to design a temporary installation in the courtyards of PS1 in Queens, NY for their summer “Warm Up” parties.
In 2008, WORK AC won the competition and created an urban farm (PF1).
We were commissioned to design the textile parts of the installation and the apron to pick up the fruits and vegetables.
